SINAREST-LEVO is combination of Levocetirizine + Phenylephrine (Phenylephrine or Neo-Synephrine is an α₁-adrenergic receptor agonist used primarily as a decongestant, as an agent to dilate the pupil, and to increase blood pressure. Phenylephrine has recently been marketed as a substitute for pseudoephedrine (e.g., Pfizer's Sudafed (Original Formulation)) hence does not have advantage of Paracetamol & Ambroxol (Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent used in the treatment of respiratory disorders associated with viscid or excessive mucus)
It means that SINAREST-LEVO can not take care of Fever & Respiratory Disorders

Hence over all LCZ-PLUS is superior composition than SINAREST-LEVO at just 10 Paise extra. Hence do not allow any Doctor to convert to Sinarest-LEVO.
